(Digital Media Wire) NewsGator Technologies, a provider of social networking and widget services, as well as RSS feed aggregators, announced on Monday that it has closed a new $10 million round of funding.
Previous investors Masthead Venture Partners, Mobius Venture Capital and Vista Ventures participated in the round.
Denver-based NewsGator provides its services to customers including CBS, CNN, Discovery, National Geographic and USA Today.
The company said it experienced its two most successful quarters in the second half of 2008, with fourth-quarter revenue setting a record.
